Welcome to Elim Lutheran Church of Robbinsdale! My name is Chris Enstad and I have been serving as Elim’s pastor since November 2010. I am married to Carrie and we have two daughters. We have loved every moment of our time at Elim and wish to invite you to explore our website and then come and see what this church is all about!
The name “Elim” comes from the Old Testament of the Bible in the story of Israel’s Exodus from Egypt. Elim was the name of the oasis in the desert where the people found water and food for their journey.
Elim Lutheran Church seeks to be an oasis in the desert dry-ness of our life and culture. Through our ministries, worship, preaching, teaching and life together we seek to be a cup of water to those on their own journey.
We are a people of all sorts of backgrounds and life experiences. We know we are richer for that diversity and invite you to journey with us.
