There are a number of ways to get your news to the members of Elim Lutheran Church and wider community.

Here are the guidelines for each:
  1. Articles for The Messenger my be submitted prior to publication, which are printed quarterly by season.
  2. Announcements for the bulletin must be submitted by 9am Tuesday for inclusion in the following Sunday’s bulletin.  For announcements that you wish to have run more than once, please include the dates you’d like to have it run. Please limit your notice to 40 words.
  3. Announcements for our Friday E-News must be submitted by 9am on Thursdays to be included in Friday’s email. If a special edition is required for major events which may need an extra push, please contact the Office Administrator at jhuehns@elim-robbinsdale.org.  No more than one special edition per event.  Limit to only one per week, so first come, first served, or the staff will determine priority.
  4. Website changes will be made as soon as possible, but there may be a delay depending on day of week it is received, so please provide info early in the week if possible.
  5. Facebook posts can be scheduled in advance, but please try to give the office time to make the post, so please provide info a few days in advance.  The ideal length of a Facebook post is 40 characters.  A link can be made to our website for more information. Graphics are always helpful.  Submit any graphics to jhuehns@elim-robbinsdale.org.
  6. If you would like to post something on the bulletin board, please bring it to the office on Tuesdays for postings by that coming Sunday.
All submissions are subject to editing, and pictures are encouraged wherever appropriate.  If you have questions, please contact the Office Administrator at 763-537-8481.
